No. Flexance runs in the browser, so it also works on a computer or tablet. On a smartphone, anyone can add Flexance to the home screen so it opens like an app.
Can we pass the hours on to our payroll provider or HR software?
Yes, through an export to Excel. You can send it to your payroll provider or import it into your HR software. Need a direct integration with your HR system? We’re happy to look at how we can add one together.
Can employees log in with their company account?
Today, each employee logs in with their email address and their own password. If your organisation uses Microsoft or Google and you’d like employees to log in with those accounts, let us know and we’ll look at how to add it together.
Where is our data stored?
All our servers are in the European Union. The app and the database run in a data centre in Frankfurt (Germany). Backups are made automatically, plus an encrypted copy on a separate server in Belgium. All traffic is encrypted, and we handle your data in line with the GDPR. More in our privacy policy.
Can we register hours on projects later on?
Yes. You switch to the Basic plan. Hours already recorded stay exactly where they are.
